Welcome to LearnQuran Series, a product by ILHAM (Islamic Learning Hub and Management Office), administered under the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS).
By accessing or using our services, including our website and Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Overview
LearnQuran Series offers online Quran literacy classes for children aged 6–16. Classes are structured into term-based modules, conducted via our LMS, and facilitated by ARS-certified Asatizahs.
2. Registration & Eligibility
- Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
- By registering, you confirm that the student meets the age eligibility (6–16 years old) and that the information provided is accurate.
- Each student will be assigned an LMS account for class access and assessments.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- LearnQuran Series is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.
4. Payment & Fees
- The programme fee is fixed per term. All fees must be paid in full upon registration.
- Payment methods: PayNow and debit/credit cards via HitPay gateway.
- An administrative fee imposed by the payment gateway will apply to all payment methods, including PayNow and debit/credit card transactions. This fee will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable.
- In the event of extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion. Please contact us to make a request.
6. Use of Content
- All content, including lesson materials, videos, and quizzes, is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by registered students.
- Redistribution or reproduction of materials for external use is not permitted.
7. Code of Conduct
Parents and students are expected to:
- Show respect to instructors and fellow students at all times.
- Ensure students attend classes punctually and are ready before the session starts.
- Maintain appropriate behaviour and avoid causing any disruption during online sessions.
- Ensure students are dressed modestly, even for online classes, in line with Islamic etiquette:
- Boys: Must wear modest attire that appropriately covers the body (e.g. no sleeveless tops or singlets).
- Girls: Must wear modest attire with long sleeves, and a headscarf (tudung) is required for all class sessions.
LearnQuran Series reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access in cases of repeated or serious violations of the Code of Conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All curriculum content, including but not limited to the Qoriculum, is the intellectual property of ILHAM. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide quality educational experiences, LearnQuran Series does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not responsible for disruptions due to third-party services (e.g., internet, video platform).
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the date of revision.
